1. How long will my order take to post / ship?
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours.
Standard Australian shipping - 3-5 business days.
Express Australian shipping - 1-2 business days.

2. Is your brand cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. Our eyelashes are made from synthetic hairs and fibres and no animals were harmed to make our products.
3. Do you offer a makeup artist discount?

4. Can I reuse my eyelashes?
Yes! If you care for your eyelashes by removing built up glue after every use and return them to their original case, you will get over 5+ uses out of each pair.
5. Does one size fit all?
Yes, if you feel that the eyelash is too big, the outer corner can be trimmed and fit to size. Do not trim the inner corner or length of the lashes as this will blunt them.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is sent via email, after the confirmation email.
Express shipping will also allow you to track your order. This will cost an extra $12.00 for Australian orders.
7. Can I apply mascara to my eyelashes?
Yes you can! But this will effect the life of the lashes. Instead, apply mascara before putting the eyelashes on. This will add some drama and not damage the falsies.
8. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
